Hello. The closest supermarket is soriana located in Kukulcán plaza. Brisas is located km 19.5 and Kukulcán plaza in km 13.from.the Blvd Kukulcán

Hi! Do you have laundry facilities?

Thanks for asking. There is a laundry in the complex but the unit doesn't have laundry facilities. Prices are manage by the laundry administration and they open from. 9:00-5:00

Are covid-19 testing available?

I don't know if I understood your question but We provide some contact numbers so you can quote and hire the Covid-19 testing. Some of them may go to the complex for the test. Remember that brisas is not a hotel so there is no Covid testing there.

Is your private beach next to the property or do I need to use a means of transportation to go there?

Private beach in the complex, there is no need to use transport :) just walk by the common areas

is there someone there to clean the suite? or do we clean ourselves?

Hello, Thank you for your question. Brisas is not a hotel, you will rent an apartment for a short term so, cleaning is not included, we may recommend someone you may hire or you may do it by yourselves.

When is the best time to visit your property for the perfect beach holiday?

You get what you pay for
- Having a sunset view definitely made up for not having an ocean view. - Having direct access to the private beach/ocean was definitely THE best feature of this property. - My kids loved the facility's pool. And it has a beautiful view of the ocean. - Beach/bath towels were provided for every guest which was nice. - The property is gated with security at the gates and patrolling the facility. It felt safe. - The guards were friendly and helpful. - It was the most budget friendly accommodation in the hotel zone.
- The beefed up security didn't allow our cab to enter the property, to approach us to our unit. This was inconvenient when you have kids (one of which is a baby) and heavy luggage to carry. - For some reason, the female staff we encountered were unfriendly and abrupt. Not a single one cracked a smile when we saluded them or asked for information. - The cleanliness was really the sticking point for me, especially the kitchen. It was plain disgusting, to the point that I simply didn't want to cook. The top of the stove was sticky and probably never cleaned and the backsplash and around the faucet were gross. The cooking dishes were sticky. But the worst part was the use of Raid in the kitchen. Every time I opened the drawer for cutlery, the smell of Raid just engulfed me. I had to clean everything from fear of poisoning. It's clear that there's an ant problem and I don't know if the kitchen was sprayed with the cutlery and dishes still in the cupboards before our arrival. The futon in the kitchen was dirty. I don't think that cover was ever cleaned. We covered it with a blanket from the bedroom before sitting on it. - The location was awesome for ocean access but not great for access to food or a convenience store. You had to walk a few km or take the SEA Bus to access any of those things.

Very good price/value ratio
Very good price/value ratio. The apartmant is just few steps from a beautiful beach. The area is very safe, clean, sunrises are magnificent.
Noise coming from other apartmants, but this is not fault of this apartmant owner and it happened only twice during our staying.

place with enough space, nice view to the lake, and quick responsive host
communication with host was very good
if you are traveling directly from the airport, make sure you take groceries with you already. There is no restaurant and the mini-mart inside closes very early

What would you highlight about Suites Brisas Cancun
For a short vacation with a lot of time at the beach/pool it's a great value.
The pool and the beach are within 200m reach and its just great with family. There is a small shop there in case one needs some small food items. There's a bus stop right in front of the building so that's very practical. The Internet was ok and the AC in the bedroom very good. There weren't enough towels for showering and in the kitchen to dry dishes. The hostess was very friendly, helpful and just offered the best service. In general it was quiet.
The kitchen was very small and not that well equipped and the AC there was broken and very loud. Even after replacing that AC it didn't really work. The door was in such a bad shape that one could've easily broken in. The was construction going on while we there so that was a bit annoying but not unavoidable. There was an elevator but we somehow didn't get a key or so to use it and had to walk the stairs into the second floor (especially with all the luggage). One day there was an outage and the whole complex doesn't have a generator, which I think is unacceptable for a complex with more than 100 apartments. And they didn't even tell us beforehand, so we couldn't cook, couldn't flush the toilet (because the water pump needs electricity) and didn't have any Internet.
